Sergey Levin

Anton Bruckner Private University for Music, Drama, and Dance

Sergey Levin was born in 2003 in Saint-Petersburg, Russia. He emigrated in Montenegro with his family when he was 6 and started playing piano there when he was 7. He finished elementary and secondary music school in Montenegro and from the 2024 he has studied at Anton Bruckner University in Linz, Austria under guidance of prof. Oleg Marshev. 

During education, Sergey won the prizes on competitions in Montenegro (National Music Competitions 2015, 2017, 2019- third prizes, Tivat International Piano Competition 2016, 2018- second prizes), Russia (Piano Competition in Saint-Petersburg 2017- second prize), Serbia (Piano Competition Josip Slavenski 2019 in Belgrade- second prize, Kosta Manojlovic Piano Competition 2021 in Belgrade- third prize, Davorin Jenko Piano Competition 2024 in Belgrade- second prize), Albania (Pjetër Gaçi Piano Competition 2019, 2022- first and second prize), North Macedonia (Polyhymnia Music Competition 2019 in Skopje- second prize), Italy (Piano Talents 2015 in Milan- merit, Città di Barletta Piano Competition 2015, 2019- first and second prize, Mauro Monopoli Prize 2024- 1st round), France (Alexander Scriabin Piano Competition in Paris 2018- second prize).
Sergey participated in masterclasses of world famous pianists and piano professors- Stanislav Ioudenitch, Natalia Trull, Michel Béroff, Epifanio Comis, Igor Tchetuev, Alexander Sandler, Alexander Yakovlev, Yuri Bogdanov.
