Gipsy NUR Project és un projecte de cançó francesa i jazz manouche creat per la pianista i cantant Núria Jaouen al 2015. Combina temes propis del seu primer disc "Rencontres" (2016) i temes claus de la cançó francesa com "La Vie en Rose" de l'Édith Piaf o el "Je Veux" de la Zaz, sempre amb un toc de música balcànica i clàssica. Us farà viatjar pels cafès parisins amb la frescor de la música gipsy jazz. Tenim diferents formats, del solista piano i veu al duet i trio amb guitarra i/o contrabaix.
