Joanna Wielec

Joanna Wielec, born in Poland, began to play the
piano at the age of 7 in her hometown. She graduated
with honors from the Academy of Music Fryderyk Chopin in Warsaw (Atodays University of Music Fryderyk Chopin) where
she studied piano with Prof. Lidia Kozubek, chamber music with
Prof. Barbara Halska, as well as the harpsichord with Prof. Władysław
Kłosiewicz. As a scholarship holder of AECI * Agencia Española de
Cooperacion International, she carried out postgraduate studies at the Real Conservatorio Superior de Musica in Madrid, exploring the repertoire of
Spanish composers in the class of Elena Orobio and Francisco Jose Segovia.
She expanded her skills with great teachers such as Andrzej Jasiński, Paul Badura Skoda, Laszlo Simon, Rudolf Buchbinder, Bernard Ringeissen, Leonard Hokannson, among others. She was invited to perform at many music festivals in Poland, Corea, Great Britain, Spain, France and Switzerland. She was invited as an accompanist to many master classes with such celebrities like Jean Pierre Rampal and Julius Baker. 
Over the course of several years, she collaborated as
a pianist with the prestigious Warsaw Summer Music Festival, Corpus Christi at Palma de Mallorca,  Festival Veranos de la Villa in Madrid, or Spring Festival in Corea, among others, collaborating as a repertory pianist at Cosi fan tutte, Otello, Norma, Carmen, La Traviata. 
Joanna is also chamber musician and loves to performs in duo with violin, flute or singers (soprano, mezzo). 
She also collaborated with choirs from a few universities in Madrid and Warsaw, such as Universidad Complutense y URJCIII. 
As a choir project manager and pianist She had the honor of working on artistic and pedagogical projects of the European Commission in Madrid. As a teacher, she has been cooperating
with the San Patricio Institution for years working for an Inspired Education.
