Born in 2005, he started playing piano at 8 years old in Corbera de Llobregat's municipal music school, where he received a scholarship for 4 consecutive years. In 2021, he entered Barcelona's municipal conservatory under Montserrat Cabera i Pueyo's tutoring. Later in 2024, he received a scholarship for 100% of the tuition fee to study a college degree in piano performance at the Liceu Conservatory with the internationally renowned pianist Alba Ventura as his teacher. He's currently studying his second yearthere with the french pianist Catherine Ordoneau.

He has attended masterclasses with many pianists such as Stanislav Pochekine (2024), Michael Tsalka (2024), Michal Rot (2025), Manel Valdivieso, or Lukas Sternath (2025). Pol López has recieved awards like 1st price in the 8th Edition BBVA Individual Talent Competition and is a member of Tristan Trio, who has won a special award in "la flama" given by the renowed Gerhard quartet. He has played in eduard toldrà auditorium (Barcelona municipal conservatoy), CSM liceu's Hall, Terrasa professional conservatory's hall or "paranimf" of university of Vic.
